The Big Freeze over the South East of England, but the only snow I've seen was on the roof of the building opposite. And at the end of Christmas episodes of 'EastEnders' and 'Doctor Who' (allthough as we all know, the snow at the end of 'Doctor Who' was actually the ash of a blown-up spaceship). Christmas was, as predicted, everything it is meant to be, with the absence of Family Tension. So loads of food, singing, presents, drinking. God, though, I wanted that feeling of my break from work to be stretching out endlessly before me, but it never happened. The only thing stretching out endlessly now is the prospect of paying off Christmas and getting rid of the excess weight.
