Wow, eight hours and 56 minutes into this thing and I've not had one drink or one cigarette. I feel so empowered! What do you mean... do I ever have a drink or a cigarette before 8:56am??? Sometimes I do, OK. But not very often. I've not been tested yet, it's true. I'm in a bit of a panic over the idea of not eating any sweets before lunchtime. But it's more the idea that scares me than the fact I really want to eat sweets.
